Supporting people with learning disabilities since 1989

Your Voice Advocacy Project is a registered charity that provides advocacy for people with learning disabilities across the areas of Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.

What is advocacy?

Advocacy comes in many different forms and is an important part of the delivery of social services for vulnerable people and those who are deprived of the opportunity to voice their opinions, exercise their rights and express their needs.

Our Values

We believe in the rights of people with learning disabilities to make choices and understand those choices.   We aim to support people to access appropriate information, services and give them a voice in the decisions that affect their daily lives.

Thursday Night Fever!

Your Voice Advocacy runs a monthly social night and disco for people with learning disabilities in Swansea called Thursday Night Fever!  Get in touch at disco@yourvoiceadvocacy.org.uk or visit the News and Events page for more details.
